If you are using Adobe Reader to open the MMS membership form, you have probably noticed you can not save the filled in form to your hard drive. If you would like to save the form and e-mail it, the following are suggested work-arounds, roughly in order of complexity.
Option 1 - Screen Capture
For best results, make the window the form is in approximately the size of the form.
While holding down the "ALT" key, press the "PrtScn" key. (Holding down the "ALT" key results in only the currently active window being saved to the clipboard.
Open your word prcessor program (for example Word) and paste the captured screen into the document.
Save the document
Option 2 - Download and install PDFRedriect
PDFRedirect is a small, free program that acts exactly like a printer, except it's output is a PDF file instead of a printed page. It will work with any application that is capable of sending output to a printer. To use it you simply select PDFRedirect as your printer the same way you would any normal printer. PDFRedirect can be downloaded from http://download.cnet.com/PDF-ReDirect/3000-10743_4-10255233.html
Option 3 - Download and install a different PDF reader
There are other freeware PDF readers that will allow you to save a filled in PDF form. Two possibilities and links to their download sites are:
Foxit Reader http://www.foxitsoftware.com/downloads/
Nitro Reader http://www.nitroreader.com/download/
